Do you work with all budgets? Our minimum trip budget is $150 per person per day (this excludes flights). Please note that this minimum is a starting point, and may fluctuate with more expensive destinations.
What does the planning process look like? • We start with an initial consultation call to talk through your expectations for the trip. • Becca sends over an itinerary proposal with a curated selection of available accommodations, activities, transportation suppliers, etc. that align with your wishes and budget. • We review the proposal and make any revisions before finalizing the itinerary. • You complete a credit card authorization form and our team coordinates with suppliers to confirm all bookings for your itinerary. • You enjoy preparing for your trip knowing that all logistics are handled!
How far ahead of my trip should I retain your services? As soon as you’ve made the decision to travel! For best results, please reach out at least 90 days prior to your trip. If your trip is within 30 days, a rush fee may be applied.
Do you provide payment plans? Yes, in some instances we may be able to offer payment plans when working with certain suppliers. Please reach out to learn more.
Can you arrange specialty services? Yes, we can arrange almost anything! From photography sessions to private dining/chef services, and exclusive access to venues like museums or sports stadiums.
Can you book Airbnb or VRBO? Rissa What's Next only partners with exclusive and heavily vetted home listing services like Plum Guide and Villas of Distinction. We do not book or recommend homes through AirBnB or VRBO. If you prefer to book an Airbnb on your own, Rissa is happy to help you with itinerary planning and excursion recommendations for your destination.
Can you provide travel insurance for my trip? Yes, we can provide travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect your trip investment, cover medical emergencies, and provide peace of mind.
